Why Furrsati exists.
Freelancers here were working and not getting paid. Clients were paying and getting nothing. Both problems have the same fix, and the whole platform is built around it.
What we built.
The money moves once, and only when the client approves the work. Until then it sits with Stripe, not with the freelancer, and not with us.
Contracts are written in dollars, so nobody re-prices a project halfway through, and the money comes out the way money actually moves in Lebanon: OMT, Whish, a bank transfer, or USDT.
When the two sides disagree, a person at Furrsati reads the thread and decides within 48 hours. The money is still held while that happens.
What makes it different.
- The money is held firstA milestone is funded before the work starts, and released when it is approved. Nobody works on a promise.
- The client's side is freePosting, proposals and messages cost nothing. The service fee comes off the freelancer's side, and the only thing added to a client's bill is the standard card processing fee.
- Built for hereUSD contracts and local payouts, because a wire nobody can receive is not a payout.
- Identity is checkedAnybody can build a profile. Nobody takes money out of Furrsati without passing an identity check first.
The rules we follow.
- Say the numberEvery fee is on the screen before it is charged. A cost a reader has to hunt for is a cost we are hiding.
- No invented credibilityA freelancer with no finished work shows no rating, not a zero and not a badge they did not earn.
- Both sides, same rulesEither side can open a dispute, both send what they have, and the decision is made by a person who reads it.
What we are building next.
Furrsati is early, and it is being built in public: the app ships every few weeks, and most of what goes into it comes from freelancers and clients telling us what broke.

Furrsati is a freelancing marketplace for Lebanon. It started in 2024, is operated from Beirut, and is registered in England as Furrsati LTD, company number 17100100, incorporated 18 March 2026.
